Dianna Faye Schultz, aged 54, died peacefully on July18, 2015 at Angela Hospice in Livonia, Michigan, after just over a year long struggle with lung cancer.
A memorial service will be held on July 21, 2015 at Praise Baptist Church, 45000 North Territorial Road, Plymouth, MI 48170 at 1:30 P.M. After the service will be a strolling open house style celebration of her life at Joy Manor, 28999 Joy Road, Westland, MI 48185 from 3:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. A memorial fund was created to honor Dianna's legacy at Amazing Grace Recovery Homes
Dianna was born September 21, 1960, in Detroit, Michigan. The daughter of Elnor Alice Gillispie and the late Malcolm Gillispie. Sister to John Gillispie, Vicki (Timothy) Albright, Cynthia (Rod) Ruth, and Edward Gillispie.
Dianna is survived by her children Anthony (Tiffany) Wright, Nicole (Matthew Fisher) Wright, Joshua (Caterina) Wright, Tabitha (Kadana) Schultz-McNair, and the late David Schultz. Dianna has three Grand babies that she loved dearly Raven, Anthony, and Lana.
She attended Redford High School in Detroit, Michigan and the University of Phoenix. Dianna obtained an Associates Degree in Psychology and was in pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling. Although Dianna was unable to complete her degree before she passed; many would say she was already a Master in counseling.
Dianna's passion was people and helping them when in need. She made tremendous impacts on so many peoples lives through the utilization of her faith in Jesus Christ. She spoke about Jesus to all that crossed her path. She spent her life as a social butterfly and had the unique ability to adapt to all environments. She loved to sing and was an avid listener of modern Country and Christian music. She loved to worship the lord in song and often did so at Praise Baptist Church and Northridge Church in Plymouth, Michigan.
