Beloved son of Dennis & Denise.
Brother of Kelly (Rick Romero), Shannon (Marty Shoberg) and Katie (Eric) Martin.
Uncle of Greg, Tim, Samantha, Brennan, Sean, Max and Chase.
Dennis also leaves behind Kristopher Myers and Randy Meyer.
Dennis lived his life with courage. He inspired many to reach for their dreams. Dennis received a BA at James Madison College, MSU and his Juris Doctoral at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1989. After practicing law for several years in the greater Detroit area, Dennis pursued a teaching career. He received his teaching certificate for Political Science, WSU in 2006 and accepted a teaching position at Johnson Jr. High School in Las Vegas. Dennis was currently persuing his Doctoral of History at UNLV. Dennis considered teaching to be the greatest opportunity to make our world a place where we respect and care for each other as equals.
Visitation at the O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home 41555 Grand River Novi 248-348-1800 Friday 3pm-8pm and Saturday 12:00pm until the funeral service at 2:00pm.
