He is survived by his parents, Philip and Byra (Bumgardner) Woods, and extended family members. Private interment at Shellytown Fairview Cemetery, Williamsburg, PA. Arrangements by the Fink & Stone Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., Williamsburg.
