David F Lang, Jr., 73, of Novi, Michigan, went to be with the Lord on April 18, 2020 at Providence Hospital, in Novi, MI after a sudden illness.

He was born on September 2, 1946 in Detroit, MI to the late David and Virginia Lang.

David was a Veteran of the US Army where he served in Vietnam. He retired from Comerica Bank. His passion was traveling and volunteering at his church.

He is survived by his brothers William Lang (Kay), John Lang (Vicki); his nephew, Jeff Lang (Kim); his nieces, Kelly Finley (Bo), Jamie Asaro (Steven) and Stacey Holmes (Stewart), who lovingly called him "UD"; many great-nieces and nephews, as well as several close friends.

David will be interred at Graceland East Memorial Park, Simpsonville, SC. His family will hold a memorial service in his honor at a later date.
