Charlotte Darlene (Medellin)-Cutshaw, lovingly known as "Char," passed away peacefully on March 15, 2026, at the age of 97.

Char lived a long, full, and meaningful life marked by love, devotion to family, and quiet strength. She was a kind and caring woman whose warmth touched everyone who knew her. Her family was the center of her world, and she took great pride in the life and legacy she helped build.

She was the beloved wife of the late Earl Cutshaw for 66 years, sharing a life filled with love, commitment, and cherished memories. She was the loving mother of Earlene (Christopher) Borsa, Darlene Haverdink (Ric), and George Gardell.

Char had a successful career with General Motors in the Fisher Body Division, where she devoted many years of hard work and dedication.

She grew up in a large family with five brothers and two sisters, all of whom she remained very close to throughout her life. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Those family bonds meant a great deal to her and helped shape the loving, loyal woman so many knew and admired.

Char was especially proud of her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. The family would like to thank her granddaughter, Sheri Romero, who was her devoted caregiver for many years with love and compassion.

Charlotte will be remembered for her strength, her love of family, her gentle spirit, and the pride she took in each generation of those she loved. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth, resilience, and devotion that will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends.

She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed. Her memory will forever be a blessing.
