Beloved husband of Donna De Clercq of 18 years with whom they had a four legged "pup" named Maya. He was an uncle and friend to niece Grace De Clercq. Father of Sarah Powers. Brother of Marie Koper. Visitation will be Wednesday 2-8 pm with a rosary at 7pm at the O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River Ave. Novi, MI. Funeral service 11 am Thursday, August 20, 2015 at the funeral home. He currently worked at RayConnect for the past 4 years. Prior to that he worked at ITT where he started as a Draftsman and worked his way up to Cost Estimating Manager. Chuck will be dearly missed and all whose lives he touched. He was an avid golfer at local courses, sports enthusiast, loved to travel, classic movie buff and was loved by all for his beautiful blue eyes and Irish smile.
