He was an unwavering pillar of support and affection to his siblings: Curt (Jan) Vogel, Christopher Vogel (the late), Paul (Cindy) Vogel, Mary (Timothy, the late) Wagner, Vincent Vogel, Robert (Linda) Vogel, Patricia (Jack, the late) Valli, Jean (Paul) Dietz, Janet Vogel, Elizabeth (John) Blaesser, Margaret (Jeffrey) Hunter, and brother-in-law David Martin. He held a special place in his heart for his nieces, nephews, and cousins.
