Charles Michael Bietler, a beloved husband, father, son, brother and friend, passed away on March 28, 2024. He was born on November 2, 1978, in Detroit, Michigan, to Michele and Charles Bietler.

Charles had a love for the outdoors. His fondness for hunting, fishing, and gardening brought him joy and peace. Beyond his outdoor pursuits, Charles also enjoyed exercising his culinary skills. A graduate of culinary school, he had an appreciation for cooking, and showed his love for others through the dishes he created. Charles also found great enjoyment in watching wrestling, as well as the intellectual challenge of Jeopardy. As a loyal fan of the Detroit Tigers, he supported his favorite team through every victory and defeat. Most of all, Charles was a devoted father who treasured every moment with his sons, especially the times spent assembling Lego sets together.

Charles is survived by his wife, Christine, and their two sons, Colton and Cameron. He is the beloved son of Michele and Charles. Also surviving is his sister, Andrea.

A private memorial gathering will be held at a later date.
