Beloved husband of Lillian for 65 years.
Loving father of Randall, Stephen and Timothy.
Dear grandfather of Alexander, Andrew and Amber.
Brother of the late Marjorie, Helen, Dorothy, Edith and William.
Mr. Alsop was a District Sales Manager for Ford Motor Glass Division (Carlite). He graduated from LaPorte High School in Indiana where he was an all-state football, baseball and basketball player. Under legendary coach Tony Hinkle, Mr. Alsop played basketball and attended college at Butler University. He also played in the Chicago White Sox and Cincinnati Red's organization.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday January 17 from 2-7 PM at O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River, Novi (248) 348-1800.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
