Mother of Thomas (Barbara) Tardiff, Joan (John) Gumbel, Clare (John-Paul) Stando and Barbara (Peter) Sissen
Grandmother of Michael, Mary Kay and Patrick Gumbel, Caitlin Matz, Daniel Tardiff, Joseph, Andrew, John and Matthew Stando.
Great Grandmother of Jacob Ryan Matz.
Sister of Thomas Bussell and Mary Elaine Hopper. Sister-in law of Dorothy Tardiff, Geraldine Tardiff, Maureen Bussell and Thomas Hopper.
Preceded in death by her parents Hugh Thomas and Florence Bussell, siblings Robert Bussell and Marge Smith, sister-in-law Olive Bussell and brother-in-law Robert Smith.
She will be missed by many nephews and nieces.
Mrs. Tardiff was a graduate of St. Teresa's High School. She retired from the Archdiocese of Detroit. Mrs. Tardiff worked with Christ Child Charities and the Capuchin Soup Kitchen.
Visitation Friday from 3-9 at O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River, Novi, (248) 348-1800. Instate at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 23815 Power, Farmington, Saturday at 12:00 with funeral liturgy at 12:30.
