Cary Malaski's Obituary

Cary Malaski, born on July 21, 1962, in Garden City, Michigan, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and dedication to his family and faith.

He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, John Fredrick Malaski and Mary Ruth (Tucker) Malaski, his brother John G. "Jack" (Keitha) Malaski, and his mothers-in-law Sharon Clark and Mary Lynne Bayer.

Cary is survived by his devoted wife of twelve years, Peggy (Bayer) Malaski; his loving daughter, Julie Malaski; and his stepson, Cameron LeDuc. He will be dearly missed by his father-in-law, Bill Bayer; his brother Lyle Malaski, his brothers-in-law, John Bayer and David (Chris) Bayer; and his sisters-in-law, Marianne Borst, Carol (Butch) Shine, and Jane Fannon. Cary was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.

Cary was a proud graduate of Novi High School and continued his education at trade school, where he honed the skills that led him to a career at Chrysler as an engineering technician. His dedication and work ethic were evident in everything he did.

Beyond his profession, Cary was a man of many passions. He found joy in studying the Bible, playing music on his guitar, woodworking, and indulging his love for locomotive trains. His faith played a significant role in his life, guiding him in his relationships and daily endeavors.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at the Royal Oak Church of Christ, located at 115 S. Campbell Rd, Royal Oak, Michigan, on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, prior to the service. A luncheon will be served immediately following the service at the church building.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to
Michigan Christian Youth Camp honoring Cary's faith and commitment to his community.

Cary's warmth, wisdom, and unwavering love for his family will be forever remembered and cherished by all who knew him.
