Carol Grieshaber, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and daughter, passed away peacefully on June 11, 2024, at the age of 70. Born on February 5, 1954, Carol's life was marked by her unwavering dedication to her family, her love for the Detroit Tigers, and her generous spirit.
Carol was the cherished wife of Daniel Grieshaber, with whom she shared 50 wonderful years of marriage. Together, they built a loving family, raising four children: Lisa (William) Munch, Jamie (Michael) Boskovich, Jeffrey (Kourtnie) Grieshaber, and Andrea (Barry) Crawford. Her family was the center of her world, and she took immense pride in her role as a devoted mother and grandmother.
Carol was the adored daughter of Dorothy (Nacci) Urso and the late James Urso. She was also a beloved sister to Gail (Patrick) Backus and James Urso Jr. Her family extended to her 11 grandchildren, who brought her immense joy: Tanner, Teagan, Preston, Grady, Evan, Tyler, Samantha, Juliette, Cori, Kane, and Josephine.
Visitation for Carol will be held on Monday, June 17, 2024, from 3-8 pm at O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home. A scripture service will begin at 7 pm. The following day, Tuesday, June 18, 2024, a Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Catholic Church in Novi at 10:30 am, with continued visitation from 10:00 am until the Mass begins.
