November 20, 2010 age 67.Beloved son of Rita and the late Nicholas Pernia.Cherished husband of Sharon for 38 years.Loving father of Scott.Brother of Carolyn (Wayne) Magdalena, Dwight (Michele) Pernia, Les (Megan) Pernia, Lori (Roger) Legris, Julie (Paul) Cavanaugh, Brian Pernia and the late Marlene Bettis.Brother in law of Allen (Cindy) Schinsky.Uncle of many nieces and nephews.Visitation at O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River, Novi, Saturday Nov. 27, 3-7 PM and Sunday Nov. 28, 1-5 PM with a rosary at 4 PM on Sunday.In state at Holy Spirit Church, 9565 Musch Rd., Brighton, Monday Nov. 29, 9:30 AM until funeral liturgy at 10 AM.Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.Memorial donations may be made to Holy Spirit Church or Mariannhill Mission Society, 23715 Ann Arbor Trail, Dearborn Heights 48127.
