ANNA BARBARA ALLEN

Livonia - Anna Barbara Allen, lovingly known as Barbara, passed away peacefully on September 25th, 2023. Barbara was born in Highland Park, Michigan on June 16, 1929. She graduated from Visitation High School, located in Detroit. She worked in the family furniture business before going to work at Sears. Barbara was a very kind and loving lady. She had many fond memories of fishing, swimming, and water skiing at the family cottage on Lake Erie. In her later years, Barbara very much enjoyed playing a great game of bridge with her friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Margaret (Judge) Allen.

Visitation will be held at St. Aidan's Catholic Church, 17500 Farmington Rd, Livonia, MI 48152, on Tuesday October 3rd from 9:00 am until the Memorial Service begins at 9:30 am.

Memorial donations in honor of Barbara may be made to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen in Detroit or to Angela Hospice in Livonia .
