It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Alfredo Arzamendi Ricano on December 28, 2024, at the age of 73. A beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, Alfredo leaves behind a legacy of love, hard work, and music that will forever be cherished by those who knew him.
Born on March 29, 1951, to Alfredo Arzamendi Calderon and Lucrecia Ricano Herrero, Alfredo grew up with a passion for learning and a dedication to excellence. Following in his father's footsteps, he became a civil engineer, contributing his skills to projects that continue to stand as a testament to his craftsmanship and commitment to improving the world around him.
Alfredo was the devoted husband of Rosa, with whom he shared a life of unwavering love and partnership.
He found his greatest joy in being a grandfather, affectionately doting on Sophia, Victoria, Aurora, Nina A, and Oliver. Whether he was playing guitar or piano, Alfredo's music brought joy to his family and friends, often filling their home with melodies that became the soundtrack of cherished memories.
Alfredo is also survived by his brother, Jose Arzamendi, with whom he shared a lifetime of brotherly camaraderie and support. He is also survived by his two children, Oscar and Adriana.
Alfredo's warmth, wisdom, and gentle spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him. In his honor, the family asks that we remember his love for music, his devotion to his family, and the enduring contributions he made to his community.

Con profundo pesar, anunciamos el fallecimiento de Alfredo Arzamendi Ricaño el 28 de diciembre de 2024, a la edad de 73 años. Esposo, padre, abuelo, hermano y amigo amado, Alfredo deja un legado de amor, trabajo duro y música que será eternamente apreciado por quienes lo conocieron.
Nacido el 29 de marzo de 1951, hijo de Alfredo Arzamendi Calderón y Lucrecia Ricaño Herrero, Alfredo creció con una pasión por el aprendizaje y una dedicación a la excelencia. Siguiendo los pasos de su padre, se convirtió en ingeniero civil, contribuyendo con su talento a proyectos que permanecen como testimonio de su habilidad y su compromiso con mejorar el mundo que lo rodeaba.
Alfredo fue un esposo devoto de Rosa , con quien compartió una vida de amor y compañerismo inquebrantables.
Encontró su mayor alegría en ser abuelo, dedicándose con ternura a sus nietos: Sofía, Victoria , Aurora , Nina y Oliver. Ya sea tocando la guitarra o el piano, la música de Alfredo llenaba su hogar con melodías que se convirtieron en la banda sonora de recuerdos entrañables.
Alfredo también deja a su hermano, José Ramón Alfredo Arzamendi, con quien compartió una vida de camaradería y apoyo fraternal. También le sobreviven sus dos hijos, Óscar and Adriana .
La calidez, sabiduría y espíritu amable de Alfredo serán profundamente extrañados por todos quienes lo conocieron. En su honor, la familia pide que recordemos su amor por la música, su devoción a su familia y las contribuciones duraderas que hizo a su comunidad.
