Loving mother of Dr. Peter J. (Jackie) Moorton, Karen (Dr. John H.) Morrison, and Pattrisha (David Thomas) Moorton.
Dear grandmother of Pete (Dixie), Patrick, Chris, Mike, Patty (John), Dr. John S. (Gina), Shirley (Jim), Kelly (Jonathan) and great grandmother of Danielle, Peter, Jackie, Paige, JJ, Johnny, Joey, Aidan, Audrey, Ashley, Robert.
Sister of Robert (Carol) Latchney and the late Johnny, Marge, Mary "Murdy", Loretta.
Mrs. Moorton is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation at O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River Avenue, Novi, MI 48375, 248-348-1800, Sunday 3-9 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm.
Instate Monday at Holy Name Catholic Church, 630 Harmon Street, Birmingham, MI 48009 from 11:00 am until funeral liturgy at 11:30 am.
A luncheon will be served at the church immediately following the Mass.
Interment will take place at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Detroit.
