Loving father of Dr. Shelley (Tom) Nepa and the late Christopher. Former husband and lifelong friend of Joyce Williams.
Proud grandfather of Natalie, Benjamin and Kristyn.
Brother of the late Charles and Hobert.
Richard was a Korean War veteran and long time employee of Ford Motor Company. He was devout in his faith in Christ.
