Mark Allan Yutzy, age 60, of Northville passed away suddenly Tuesday, May 22, 2018. He was born July 23, 1957 in Highland Park to Paul L and Joyce (Thompson) Yutzy. He received his Bachelor of Science from SUNY at Syracuse University and enjoyed work as a Senior Estimator for the Christman Company. Mark was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and a youth soccer coach and referee for Northville Soccer.
A loving husband and father, Mark is is survived by his wife of 37 years, Kathryn (Ross) Yutzy whom he married July 5, 1980 and their four sons Stephen (Alison), Michael (Kristen), Philip and Daniel, and his mother Joyce. Mark was a big Red Wings, Ohio State, and Manchester United fan. Most especially, he loved and was a devoted grandfather to Adrian, Chase, Julia, and Madalyn Yutzy. Family and friends are welcome to gather Friday, May 25, 2018 from 4 to 8pm at the O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River Avenue, Novi. A memorial service will be held at the First Presbyterian Church of Northville, 200 E. Main St., Northville on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at 11am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to the Northville District Library or the future education of his beloved grandchildren.
