Christopher Jesse Pope passed away on February 2nd 2020 at age 27. He was born May 24th 1992 in Chamblee, Georgia and spent the majority of his life in Redford, MI and Farmington Hills, MI. Beloved son of Henry and Souzanne Pope. Loving brother to Stephen (Catherine), Natalie (Sean), Josh and Gabriel. Uncle to Mark, Dominic and Bridgette. Nephew and Cousin to many wonderful surviving Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Family and friends were everything to Chris and his kind and beautiful soul will live forever in each and every one he loved.

Chris was a passionate man, who wanted to make sure everyone he cared for was happy. He loved to spend time with close friends and family, and his 3 brothers. He was a gifted writer, who could write poems and stories that would touch your soul. He loved the military and received an honorable discharge from the United States Army.

Afterwards he would join Mahindra working on off-road vehicles. He always had your back and was the hardest worker you would meet. He fell in love with off-road vehicles and the outdoors. He loved the outdoors, and camping more than anything. He found his peace there outside the city and on the farms. He loved the earth and the simplicity it offered along with its clarity. He always had a unique view of the world that he could share. Chris would always offer his ear to anyone, and his support, no matter what he was doing or what time it was. His heart of gold, kind spirit and strong personality will be missed forever.

Visitation at the O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River Avenue, Novi, 248-348-1800 on Friday, February 7th, 2020 from 11 AM - 12PM.

Interment immediately following at Milford Memorial, Milford, MI.
