Catherine was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Jesse Harley Proctor and Verna Jane Henry. She is
proceeded in death by her parents and siblings, including Clinton Proctor, Colleen Proctor Harmon,
Pauline Proctor Cox, Jesse Proctor and Verna May Proctor Hooper.
Catherine and her first husband, Roland Raper had 3 children, Roland Raper /Hobbs Jr, Paula Jane
Raper, and Jesse Raymond Raper/Hobbs. Catherine and her second husband, Howard Eugene
Hobbs (b.1928 , d. 1993) have children, Molly Lea Hobbs Rhodaback and Howard Eugene Hobbs, Jr.
(Bud).
