Aileen Mary (Lannen) Mueller

Age 95 of Northville; died Tuesday, January 12, 2016.
Aileen was born in Detroit, MI on April 16, 1920. Daughter of the late Joseph P. Lannen and Irene (Karlek). Graduate of St. Mary's of Redford High School (1937), Marygrove College (1941). Married to Harry S Mueller for 62 years. Long-time member of St. Mary's of Redford Catholic Church and Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church. She sang in the church choirs and was a member of the OLV Bell Choir. Aileen gave back to her community by volunteering at St. Leo's Soup Kitchen and World Medical Relief. Aileen, world travelor, loved her book club discussions, bridge and playing golf with her Gadabout buddies.
7 Children: Sally Pettinger (Michael deceased), Harry Mueller (Julie deceased), Mary Ann Dwellingham (Herschel), Patricia O'Connor (James), John Mueller (Julia), Nan Schneider and Julie McDougall (Kenneth).
12 Grandchildren: Aileen Pettinger, Amy Cooper (Joseph), Michael Pettinger (Rebekah), Sara St. Laurent (Richard), Kimberly Strazisar (Brad), Megan Reed (Josh), James O'Connor (Jennifer), Jane Doerman (Brian), Kaylee McDougall, Mary Rose Mueller, Abby Schneider and Olivia Schneider
14 Great Grandchildren: Jacob, Rachel, Samuel, Luke, Isaac, Kaitlyn, Anna, Matthew, William, Leah, Lily, James, Lewis and Patrick
Visitation: Thursday, Jan. 14; 2-4 and 6-9 PM at O'Brien-Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River Ave., Novi, MI. Rosary at 7PM.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 AM, Friday, Jan. 15, 2016, instate at 9:30AM at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 132 Orchard Dr, Northville, MI 48167
