Daughter of the late Hugh P. and Mae Dolan.
Sister of the late Dorothy C. Dolan.
Ms. Dolan graduated from Wayne State University in 1936 and achieved her Masters Degree in 1939.
She taught Mathematics at Cass Tech High School in Detroit and was head of the Math Department for several years.
A long time member of Our Lady of Victory Church in Northville and the American Federation of School Administrators.
She will be deeply missed by her family.
Visitation at O’Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River, Novi (248) 348-1800, Monday 3-9 PM.
In state at Our Lady of Victory Church, 133 Orchard St., Northville, Tuesday 9:30 AM until funeral liturgy at 10 AM. www.olvnorthville.org

My heartfelt condolences on the loss of Gerry, a remarkable lady whom I admired and respected. I will remember Gerry for her willingness to show character and be strong; for example, driving trucks during the war. Mostly, I will remember her as a great friend to my aunt,Lucille Schubert, and to my Dad. God bless you, Gerry. Rest in peace. Quote
My uncle, John Woodward, who was a colleague of Geraldine Dolan, notified me of her passing. I offer this expression of my sympathy to you and yours.
Miss Dolan was one of my best teachers at Cass Tech - even though math was not my favorite subject (I was a music student). I remember her with great appreciation and much affection.
No doubt there are many people like me who were fortunate to have had Miss Dolan as their math teacher! Quote
