Frank Joseph Svoboda, age 83

Beloved husband of Joanne C. for 58 years

Dear father of Marianne, Gerald and Paul.

Mr. Svoboda was in the Korean conflict for two years, worked in the wholesale jewelry supply business and practiced his skills as an expert watchmaker, and a member of the Knights of Columbus Monaghan Council.

Visitation Monday June 4, 3-9pm and Tuesday June 5, 3-9pm with a K of C Rosary at 7pm at O’Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home 41555 Grand River Avenue, Novi 248-348-1800.

Instate Wednesday June 6, at St. Patrick Catholic Church 721 Rickett Rd, Brighton at 9:30am until funeral liturgy at 10:30am.

Burial will take place 2:30 pm at Great Lakes National Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to St. Patrick Catholic Church.

#8 Ross and Anne Smith 2012-06-18 04:21 We just heard about Franks passing. I started learning clock repair in 1980. When I timidly went to Beresh I was ignored as if I did not exist except by Frank. He always generously helped without making me feel ignorant. We saw him every year at the NAWCC regionals. He was so excited several years ago about his 50th wedding anniversary.
