Robert J. Ruck, died Monday, November 14, 2011 at the age of 87. Mr. Ruck was a Verteran of the United States Army and a retired Tool & Die Maker. Robert is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Patricia J. (Munch) Ruck. He is also survived by his four children; Kathy (Robert) Peterson, John (Veta) Ruck, Patti (Ron) Armstead, and Leslie (Pete) Burgess; eight grandchildren, Scott, Ginny, Jason, Jennifer, Reuben, Matt, Riley, and Nolan; six great grandchildren, D.J., Alexus, Wyatt, Nadia, Little Ron, and Amelia; sister, Dorothy (Lew) Bartlett. Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Elizabeth Ruck. Visitation will be on Thursday from 2-9 PM at O’Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River Avenue, Novi 248-348-1800. Funeral service will be on Friday 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly, Michigan on Friday 12:30 PM. Memorial donations may be made to Oakland County Library for the Visually and Physically Impaired, 1200 N.
